Speaking to your audience

I’ve recently set this up so might be missing information but is there a way to reply to your customer using the bot, or would I need to install a live chat to be able to do this?

We do not have a direct way to talk to customers live. But we can recommend alternate ways to use a live chat provider or messenger apps along with our bot.
