Working With User Inputs

Hello, collect chat is great so far but one thing is unclear.

I have been using the appointment template in order to take the User’s name and display it back to the user for the next question.

I have been copy and pasting this into the next question: @[Can I get …]

This works fine for this one specific name field, but I want to know how I can take the other User Replies and work with them and manipulate them for different outputs.

Any help / point in the right direction is much appreciated. Thank you.

Alex,

Just type @ in the text box and you can see all the available questions that can be placed in your conversation. This is similar to tagging a person on Facebook or Twitter post.
