WordPress Embed Issue

Hi there,

Loving Collect Chat but I’m running into a little issue.

I’ve embedded it on WordPress (Divi theme, Code module), but when the page loads, it instantly moves the browser to the chat bot when it starts ‘chatting.’ Is there a way to stop this automatic scroll?

Hi Mike,

I am not sure if I understood the issue correctly. Is the scroll control of your trackpad moves from webpage to chatbot widget?

Can you please mail this issue with a live website address to care@collect.chat so that we can have a better look?
