Will collect chat work with campaign monitor?

Thanks for great application provided via chatbot.

We are in testing on integration portion. It works fine on Mailchimp.

But, we need to test this campaign monitor. i added the webhook url by copy/paste form action from Campaign monitor with data id. Still it cant able to connect. Not sure whether we need to do some other settings or what?

Hi there,

The form method that was working for MailChimp may not work for other tools. That depends on the type of webforms these tools create.

For campaign monitor, we recommend using Zapier to do the integration. Please see the steps for Zapier here - https://help.collect.chat/article/show/57696-zapier
