Widget goes to restart in 3 seconds

i use collect.chat bot on website, but widget conversation window goes to restart option
within 3 seconds. can we keep it long. so people can chat.

Hi,

There are two solutions to your problem.

  1. Remove thank you screen by upgrading your plan. We enforce the ‘Nice chatting with you’ screen for all free users.

  2. Add any question that requires user interaction like ‘Multi Choice’. Here chatbot will pause the flow for asking the user that question.

Having said that. The primary purpose of our chatbot is collecting data, as the name of our product suggests. It is not designed to just show links. That is why you would have to choose any of the above workarounds.
