Whatsapp button Urgent Problem after latest update

I have another extremely URGENT issue.

In several chats, the WhatsApp button is not working (the button doesn’t appear).

This directly affects my conversions. I need this fixed quickly, please.

In addition to the WhatsApp button not working, the “answers to be saved in the URL” are not being saved.

And The reference using “@” to retrieve a response during the chat is also no longer working.

Previously, the country code for Brazil (+55) used to be pre-filled in the phone field. Now it comes empty.

Hi @cavatoni , the following issues have been fixed:

  1. WhatsApp button not showing up
  2. “answers to be saved in the URL” not saved
  3. References using @ not working as expected

Please check it out and let us know if you are still facing any of the issues.

As for the missing country code, I have narrowed down the issue to appear only inside the Dashboard preview. The country code should be pre-filling in the actual bot. Will fix this soon.

Thank you for looking into this and for the update.

Unfortunately, I’m still experiencing the same issue with the WhatsApp buttons not appearing in the chats. I’ve double-checked on my end, but the problem seems to persist even after your recent fix.

Since this is affecting our customer conversions, we would really appreciate any additional help you could provide to get this resolved.

Thank you for following up on this issue. Great news - the problem appears to be resolved now! I tested the WhatsApp button today and it’s working perfectly.
