I would like to suggest an improve.
How can I test A/B the Welcome message?
Is it possible to add a second welcome message, and then the system test A/B them?
I would be very easy to do for you, and very interesting to improve the bot.

Hi Octavio,
Currently we don’t have any A/B testing features.
We recommend using other tools to do these tests (like GTM or VWO). You can make a copy of the bot and with the alternative welcome message and use the tool to load one of the chatbots accordingly.
