Using customer names in conversation flow

So on the script options you can choose ‘Text Question’ and the example given is asking what the users first name is

This is great, but if they answer that what happens next…

Is there anyway for the bot to know/recognise their response and we can use it during the other parts of the script

For example:

Bot: May I ask your name ?

Customer: Sure it’s Rob

Bot: Great, Hi Rob, how can we help you?

Hi Rob,

Yes, you can use customer names in the conversation flow using variables.

All you have to do is use the ‘@’ symbol and the previous questions will come down as variables. Please try that.
