We’re facing a persistent issue with email notifications:
Even after updating the backend email subject to “New Chat from Kids Summer Camp 2025”, we still receive emails with the subject “New adult chat from website” (which belongs to a chatbot on a different page of our site).
Details:
- Expected subject: “New Chat from Kids Summer Camp 2025” (configured in backend).
- Actual subject received: “New adult chat from website” (from an unrelated chatbot).

Impact: This causes confusion and misrouting of inquiries.

Please resolve this conflict so that the email subject reflects the current chatbot’s settings, not those of other pages.
