Can anyone explain how to sort the responses by country? We want to understand where are our contacts from so we can narrow our approach.

Hi Laura,
We do not store your visitor’s country, so we cannot do the sorting from our end.
One alternate solution is by making use of ip addresses we collect as part of responses. You can export CSV or connect web-hook from the chatbot and then convert ip to country using third party tools. To try this method you need to have a bit technical knowledge.
