[Solved] Reached the maximum questions

I found a problem that no matter how many more questions I input, I still got the original version, i.e. the extra questions I input this time disappeared. Please help if I can settle down this.

Thanks for sending us a mail at care@collect.chat. As we mentioned the problem can be a bad connection that prevented the new questions from being saved.
