Responses showing incomplete URL



I want to see what page my customer is on when they submit a request via CollectChat widget.

On the Responses page, under “Page”, it’s only showing the main domain, not the page nor the complete URL path.

How do I fix this?

Your account email
The pages on your website, where the chatbot is deployed

Then we would be able to investigate further to see what could be the problem.
