Our Lite plan of $24/month in Collect.chat gives you 500 responses per month. This means that you can collect up to 500 responses in a month.
The response limit is for the entire account (including all bots) per month and renews at the beginning of each month.
One response is one complete conversation between the user and the chatbot. It is not a single message. More details on what a response can be found here.
