"Reply to" option isn't working, customer support no reply :(

I’ve purchased a month of standard plan to try out collect.chat, the option to reply directly to response is quite important to us, but the option simply doesn’t work.

I have try to create a new blank template with ONLY asking email, the option still says I am not asking for email.

Sorry for not responding to your post earlier. We do have an issue with the “Reply-to” feature. Thank you for reporting this to us.

Our team is working on a fix for this asap. I will let you know by mail and this thread here.

We have fixed the bug with “Reply-to”. It is working fine now.
