One response limit

How can i set a one response limit (Authorisation of only one response by user) like in google form.

Thanks for your question.

Currently there is no such feature to do so. Google Form is capable of doing this, by checking if the user has signed in to their Google account or not.

Can you please tell us your use-case of the chatbot? Why do you wish to limit the response to one answer per customer?
