Glad to see the service improving every month, I’m inquiring whether you have plans to implement the following
- Adding setting: millisecond value between text contents send by the bot
- Adding indicator that “chat bot is typing…”

The suggestions you put forward will make the chatbot look more like a human chatting on the other side.
But It’s a design decision that we will not build this. Augmenting human interaction will create unnecessary confusion and hence frustration among the end users. Also making this configurable for some customers will make our system more complicated and hard to use.
Dead simplicity of our system and best user experience for your visitors are something we never want to compromise.
