I ask a yes or no question. If they say yes, it gives them the link I want. If it says no I want to ask them the next question. But right now, it sends them the link AND asks the next question. How do I prevent this? I only want the next question if they’ve said no to the previous one. Can I make this happen?

Hi Kelly,
If you want the conversation to stop after showing the link then you must provide “End of Conversation” in the Logical Jump settings for the Links message.
If you want the conversation to move to another question/message after the Links message (which comes when user presses ‘yes’), then you have to set the same in the Logical Jump settings for that Links message.
