Keyword and Keyphrases to answer

Hello

Is it possible or will it be in future that we can sync the chatbot with our own Databases to give answers on Keywords and Keyphrases? I think the Structure can be the same as now. Only that we give our Chatbot a Database where it will collect the Answers.

So for me it should be possible if i can select my database and then write a structure valuebased on my needs.
That will be very helpfull to us and will engage also your Data…

HI there,

Our chatbot is more flow-based and does-not connect to any database for retrieving data.

We are not focused on this path, where data can be retrieved from outside to the conversation inside the bot.
