Integration with Zapier - fields different than instructions

In the instructions to connect to Zapier, the actual fields presented are different than the instructions (trying to integrate with Lasso). The actual fields contain “Method” with no instructions on what to select. Any suggestions as I’m currently an error from Zapier that “your code had an error”.

Can you please share a screenshot of where you saw this “Method”?

Also share the URL of the tool you are trying to integrate to.

By default you can set it as “POST”.
