I have installed the plugin and activated the code snippet but chatbot is not visible

I am using wordpress 6.0.1 i have implemented the chatbot , i have pasted the code snippet but the bot is not showing up in the site.
My site is https://mastcgroup.com
please help me.i need the bot in all the pages.
