I don’t want that Collect.chat automatically debit money from my account, how can I solve this problem.
The subscription process of Collect.chat is automatic. Payments are taken on the billing date from the card, automatically. Same date, every month.
If you know your billing date (the date on which you started the paid subscription to Collect.chat), then you can choose to downgrade to the Free plan just before the next billing happens. (Please set a reminder to do that)
Downgrading to the Free plan will stop the auto debit. You can do that from the billing page - https://dashboard.collect.chat/plans.
