How can I use user's reply in the following questions?

Hi, I would like to ask is it able for the chat to extract the user’s reply of his name and use it as greetings in the next question. For instance, if the user’s name is Jack, the next question will start with Hi Jack.

Hi Xuefeng,

The helpdesk article you checked is for extracting data from a link and showing it inside question. As far I understand you need to extract data from one question and show it in another question.

https://help.collect.chat/article/show/69319-how-to-use-variables article can help you with that. You can simply use @ symbol in question editor and select a question from list to use the answer of that question (similar to tagging people in a social media post)
