Having Some Issues with new Dashboard

Hace white screen when trying to access somo of the last updates ., can not access design or widget posiction controller, someone can help me plis???

Yes we did face some issues during migration. We have patched fixes for the same. Things should be working for now.

Our team is continuously working on finding and fixing any new issues that may come. If you can send a detailed report to care@collect.chat, that will be very helpful.

We recommend clearing your cache and cookies in your browser to get the latest fixes.

To clear cookies, on chrome:

  1. goto chrome://settings/siteData
  2. Search for “Collect.chat ”
  3. Click on “Remove all shown”

On FireFox:

  1. Goto about:preferences#privacy in Firefox tab
  2. Under “Cookies and Site data”, click on “Manage data”
  3. Search for Collect.chat. Click on “Remove all shown”
