I integrated google calendar with our chatbot and marked a day as busy. After publishing, when I looked at availability in bot it showed the day as still being available. Should the collect.chat calendar behave in this way? Or should it not display the day as available?

When you integrate the chatbot with the Google Calendar, the chatbot will first look at the availability in the calendar and then show the slots.
Can you share details on how exactly you marked the day as busy? Was it a recurring event? Some screenshots can help.
