Is it possible to have a feature to send/not send an email when an appointment is scheduled?
I understand the bot automatically sends an email confirmation to the lead.
The reason I would not want this is as we have custom emails sent out to our leads.
If I do not use the “email” type question it works however, there are issues with email validation then.
At the moment, we don’t have a toggle switch to turn appointment confirmation mails on/off. They are always on at the moment.
Can you elaborate how else you will notify your users about the appointment that they have booked? I am curious to know your workflow. Are you using any email campaign tool for this purpose?
It is now available to edit automated appointment confirmation and cancellation emails!
You can translate them to any language you like as well.
However, it would still be not possible to disable those automated emails completely.
