Error fetching the URL of the uploaded file, when using the smartphone device

Hello,
when using the webhook, I realized that the url of the uploaded files are not sent to my API, when the device used is a smartphone.
But if sent from a computer, the file url arrives normally.

Could you check if it’s a BUG, ​​please?

Hello,
I tested on several devices.
But My device is a SAMSUMG J7, Android 8.1.0, and the browser is Chrome 84.
