Email Notifications configuration

Hi,
I’ve made a chatbot with 8 questions.
The issue is that I receive one email with each answered question, and if a user answer the 8 questions, I’ll receive 8 emails.
How can I get only one email with all the conversation of each user?

You can set the bot up to only email you completed conversations. I think this is what you’re asking and this should do the trick.

I also strongly suggest trying the zapier integration and sending the answers to a Google sheet. It’s really easy to set up once you learn it.

Hi,

@jason2 is bang on. You need to turn off notifications for partial responses from Settings > Response.
