Customer Confirmation

Hi, we are trying to run a “quiz” campaign to get leads for our client. The thing is that the customer who has completed the quiz, should receive a confirmation by email. Is it possible to make it automatically from the platform? Thanks

Sending emails to those who respond to chatbot is not supported as of now. We are planning to implement this in future, Stay tuned.

For now you can use Zapier to setup custom mail triggers. Mail us at care@collect.chat if you need help in setting this up.
