Credit card statement

Im wondering since our finance checking our montly subscription, no idea if its our bank here or the collect chat issue, we cannot find the name of the collect chat on our credit card statement. what is the name normally show on the credit card statement if they charge us automatically.? any idea?

Answering your question. It should either be ‘Collect.chat’ or ‘collectcht’
