Chinese language support in CSV and responses issue in dashboard

Hi - I am testing my bot on a staging site and I keep getting email notifications with my test transcripts but no matter how many times I refresh it is not appearing in the “responses” section of the platform.

Not to mention, even though there is a “translation” option on the platform - when I download the spreadsheet the headers are showing me random symbols rather than the Chinese questions I had.

In regards with the CSV file not showing the chinese language, please see the below:

Up top is your CSV file in Google Sheets and down you see the same CSV in Microsoft Excel. The language is supported in Google Sheets and not in Excel. So you will need to see how Excel can support Chinese language at your end.
