Can we setting Multiple manager service to our customer?

Hi. Can we setting multiple manager online to service our customer when manager online not chatbot?

And our customer only can talk on appointment time?

I am afraid, I don’t understand your request completely.

Are you using asking for multi-user login, where multiple people can login to the same account and make edits?

This is currently not available and is there in our product roadmap.

And regarding appointments, you can use the bot to help customer schedule a time with you. It’s done using the appointment type question - with the Google Calendar integration.
