I can not find the existing chats on the dashboard. Currently i can access only one chat and find where the other ones are located

I can see 3 bots in your account. We made some UI changes to our dashboard. You should be able to see them, if you click on the Bots button.
If you are still unable to see your bots, please write to care@collect.chat with your account email address.

When I click the Bots button I do not see my previously created bots.

We are sorry, this was a temporary glitch on our side because of a dashboard update. The issue on your account is fixed and all the bots have been restored. Please have a look.
