Hello,
I found that when surfing my site with https://brave.com/ browser (native adblock) the chat are not collected.
I did the same test also from Builder / Preview / Link but also in that case adblocker blocks a call to https://api.ipify.org/ and do not record the chat.
When I turn off the adblocker everything works again.
